  • Lab Tests including:

    Comprehensive bloodwork including more than 60 biomarkers for metabolic health, cardiovascular health, nutritional health, and hormone status.

    Continuous Glucose Monitoring to evaluate metabolic health and guide recommendations. In some jurisdictions, this must be paid out of pocket. However, when possible, we pay for it as part of the membership.

    Vo2Max test to evaluate your cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

    Full body composition analysis.

    Bone density testing.

    Sleep Study including a consultation with a sleep specialist

    Gut Health test including a consultation with a specialist

    Unlimited access to your health coaches and physician. You can get answers to your questions by messaging your health coaches or physician at any time.

    Regular visits with your medical team including your Physician, nutritionist, exercise physiologist, and strength and conditioning coach.

    Identification of the top longevity opportunities for you and a plan to optimize them.

    Development of a custom, personalized, longevity strategy including fitness, nutrition, sleep, supplements, prescription medication, screening, and diagnostics.

  • Routine primary care, the management of chronic conditions, vaccinations, urgent care, etc.

    Complementary healing modalities such as acupuncture, fitness classes.

    Urgent care: If you have a medical emergency or an acute health issue, we recommend that you visit urgent care or an ER.

    Physicals, referrals and in person medical visits.

    One-on-One personal training beyond exercise programing and regular check-ins.

    Gym membership.

  • This program complements your primary medical care by focusing on your long-term health, wellness, and longevity. It's not an "either-or," but rather an "in addition to." We provide extra support beyond your basic care. We do require our patients to have a primary care physician to manage non-longevity components of their healthcare.

  • If you make monthly payments on your membership, we will process one final monthly fee after requesting cancellation. You will have access to Longevity Health services through the end of that final month.

    If you paid for a year of your membership upfront, you will not be charged a final fee to cancel. You will have access to Longevity Health services through the end of the year.

    We do not offer refunds on our annual or monthly membership plans.

  • At this time we do not accept insurance.

  • You should be able to use your FSA or HSA to pay for most, if not all, of your membership fee. This depends on the specific rules of your HSA or FSA so we cannot guarantee that your program qualifies. We will work with you to qualify for as much of the fee as possible.

  • You can message your team as often as you want. We are here to be your partner in longevity and we want to make it easy for you to build and maintain your program.

  • Yes, we will repeat your tests as needed. Most of the tests will be repeated annually.

  • The testing will be in person and we will find the location closest to you. There may also be at home options that we can explore.

    The physician and coaching visits will all be virtual.

    If you need an in person physical exam or an in person personal training session, we will help you find a provider close to you. We will share all your relevant health details (with your permission).
